Job: Senior Solutions Advisor

Unlimited Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor to play a key role in sourcing and nurturing contacts until conversion, successfully guiding them through discovery and scoping technical projects.


About The Role

As an Unlimited Solutions Advisor, you will play a key role in nurturing contacts and following up with them until they are ready to close. You will play a critical role in helping our sales and marketing organization achieve the mission of delivering a continuous source of right-fit revenue.

You enjoy a fast-paced work environment and are able to speak and communicate with ease. You are excited to learn as much as possible about a new business, and eager to create new sales opportunities both on- and offline. You look for key opportunities on social media and help manage sales relationships with key channel partners.

You are at ease turning cold calls into warm exchanges. This means you will often be responsible for overseeing the first interactions with our marketing-qualified, sales-qualified, and co-selling leads. Through conversation, you will reach out, get them excited about our company, and turn them into a prospect.

You like working in a team but are also comfortable working on your own.

You will be supported by sophisticated contact nurturing tools and will have access to customer intelligence from your team. You will build strong relationships over the phone and email with prospective customers to keep them up-to-date on new products, solutions, and events.


The Details

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospecting by making phone calls, both warm and cold, to capture and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Understanding new prospects’ needs and qualifying them
  • Making use of various social media channels to identify the right targets
  • Developing a solid understanding of our various RevOps services
  • Scoping and presenting the technical nature of our value proposition to potential customers
  • Following up on marketing and sales campaigns (demand gen, webinars, seminars, email nurture, online community, etc.)
  • Nurturing prospective customers through discovery and scoping phases to position our solutions to meet their technical requirements
  • Developing account-based strategies and driving campaigns together with marketing, channel and sales in these accounts
  • Monitoring sales follow-up and progress from prospects to opportunities
  • Managing and tracking prospects in our CRM
  • Delivering weekly activity status reports

Expected Results

  • Deliver a continuous source of right-fit revenue
  • Close quota each and every month

Role Requirements

  • Intermediate level role which would suit those with at least 2–3 years' relevant experience in Agency/IT/Tech sales
  • A superb knowledge of inbound and solid familiarity with HubSpot and Revenue Operations (RevOps) is required
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
