Numbers not generating
Things to check if the numbering is not working as expected.
- Give it about a minute to update, especially if a lot of objects are created in short succession. When checking the fields again in HubSpot, refresh the page to get the latest view.
- Confirm the Application is installed on the HubSpot account by checking that the Configuration screen is available. If not, Install the Application again and Reconnect using the Configuration screen.
- Confirm number generation is on. See the Configuration screen.
- Check the destination property matches the field you expect to be populated using the Configuration screen.
- Verify the property exists on the object configuration in HubSpot.
- Confirm the target property is of type string or number. The field type needs to be either text, textarea or number.
- If the target property is a number, make sure the Prefix and Post-fix will not result in a non-numeric value.
- Install the Application again and Reconnect using the Configuration screen
