About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients or customers. They serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, ensuring that client needs are met, and company goals are achieved. The Account Manager may also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.

The Details

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs 
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Identify wins and also up-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal fulfillment and external sales teams recommendations on how to leverage them to improve business processes
  • Managing and keeping track of client tasks, deadlines and priorities in coordination with the project management team
  • Assist with multiple incoming requests and escalations when needed
  • Focus on client success, build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long-term client success 
  • Track and measure key account metrics
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently

 

Results:

  • All assigned projects run smoothly.
    • KPI: Average CSAT score of 90%
    • KPI: weekly capacity planning meeting shows clean report for account with low or zero risks and expected project completion progress
  • Results are communicated on a regular cadence through detailed and insightful reports.
    • KPIs: at least one client communication / update per week
  • Client satisfaction is high on all your projects:
    • KPI metric - NPS score average of 75
  • Monthly upsell quota
  • Monthly Revenue Recognized goal

 

 

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving abilities and provide solid, efficient solutions. Anticipate potential problems and barriers and actively seek out internal resources to solve possible roadblocks
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy. Ability to quickly figure things out on your own when working with various tools. This is crucial for this position
  • Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises
  • Strong client management skills with an assertive yet empathic presence. (i.e., you’re nice)
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and focused on quality assurance. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines
  • Clear, concise and compelling communication (visual, verbal, and written) skills

  • Available during EST mornings and afternoons.
