HubSpot January 2026 Product Betas & Updates: Speed, Visibility, and Sanity

HubSpot has been busy with a slew of updates and betas aimed at streamlining your daily work. If you've had trouble keeping up with them all, we're here to help. We've collected a list of the updates and betas we're most excited about.

The latest updates focus on speed, visibility, and operational efficiency. The product team has clearly focused on removing friction from daily work, whether that's making calls without leaving your browser or cleaning up messy data with ease.

These updates integrate the tools and data into your daily workflow, rather than forcing you to work around the software. Let’s dive into what’s new and how it could improve your day-to-day operations.

As a proud Elite HubSpot Implementation Partner, Unlimited Tech Solutions is excited to spotlight this release and highlight the possibilities with improvements in productivity and efficiency.

Faster Execution: Expanding Where You Work:

Power Dialer Expansion

Previously, the Power Dialer in HubSpot was largely restricted to contact lists. Now, HubSpot has expanded this functionality to Deals, Companies, and Leads.
Anyone in sales knows this is a massive win for efficiency. If a rep is working a list of high-value deals or prospecting through a list of target accounts, this update eliminates the need to click into individual contact records to start dialing. Now calls can be initiated within a call queue directly from the record. This keeps focus on the deal stage or company context, rather than just the individual contact.

Chrome Extension Calling Support

The HubSpot Chrome extension has long been a favorite for email tracking, but now it also supports calling.

You no longer need to have the HubSpot tab open and active to make a call. If you find a number while browsing a prospect's website or LinkedIn profile, you can dial immediately through the extension. It reduces context switching and keeps your browser tabs manageable.

Business-Day Workflow Delays

Automation is great, but if not thoughtfully executed, an awkward situation can arise when an email goes out after hours or on the weekend when your team is offline.

The new Business-day workflow delays feature ensures your automated actions align with real work hours. You can now pause workflows to respect weekends and holidays natively. This is crucial for B2B communication, ensuring your emails land when prospects are actually at their desks, improving open rates and engagement.

More Context, Fewer Clicks

AI Visibility is about seeing everything you need without having to dig for it. January’s updates bring critical information to the surface, right where it is needed.

Rich Previews in Slack

The Integration between Slack and HubSpot just got deeper. You can now see rich previews of HubSpot records directly in Slack.

What does this look like in real life? When a colleague shares a deal or ticket link in Slack, you won’t just see a URL. You will now see a snapshot of the record, including the deal amount, stage, and associated contacts, in the Slack chat window. This allows for quicker collaboration and decision-making without jumping between apps.

Comprehensive Form Submissions on Company Records

Previously, tracking down every form submission associated with a company could be disjointed. Now, the Company's records show all form submissions from contacts associated with the company.

This gives you a holistic view of how an account, particularly prospects, is interacting with your content. If three different people from the same company download three different whitepapers, you see the collective interest on the Company record. This context is invaluable for account-based marketing (ABM) sales motions.

Multi-Conversation Tickets

Help Desk users rejoice: the platform now supports multiple conversations per ticket.
Customer issues are rarely linear. Sometimes a single ticket involves a chat, an email thread, and a phone call. Consolidating these individual conversations into a single ticket view prevents loss of context and information silos. Support agents can see the full story of the customer’s issue, resulting in faster, more accurate resolutions.

Customer Success Workspace, Customized for your needs

The Customer Success Workspace now features a customizable sidebar that stays in place. CSMs can pin the metrics, lists, and tools they use most frequently, ensuring their workspace fits their workflow rather than a generic template.

Cleaner Data and Stronger Automation

Data hygiene is the most important aspect of CRM success. The recent update introduces tools that make keeping your portal clean much easier.

Default Values upon Record Creation

You can now set default property values at record creation. This enforces consistency from day one. If every new lead from a specific region requires a specific status or owner, you can set that default automatically, reducing manual data entry errors. This also eliminates the need to create an automation to set property values, so less ongoing maintenance.

Bulk Find-and-Replace in Workflows

Managing complex workflows often involves referencing specific users. If a team member leaves or changes roles, updating those workflows used to be a cumbersome manual process. The new Bulk find-and-replace user feature allows you to swap out user assignments across multiple workflows in seconds.

Exporting Workflow Logs

Auditing automation is now easier with the ability to export workflow enrollments and activity logs to a CSV. This is essential for troubleshooting complex automation workflows or reporting on workflow performance to stakeholders who may not have HubSpot access.

Smarter Object Association Management

Association labels have become more powerful, with improved management capabilities that extend to custom objects. This enables more sophisticated data modeling, allowing mapping of complex relationships between unique business data and standard HubSpot objects.

Managing Multi-Checkbox Properties

A long-requested feature is finally here: you can now remove specific values from multi-checkbox properties via workflows.

Previously, automation could easily add values, but removing a single option from a multi-select field without wiping the whole field was difficult. This granular control allows for more precise data segmentation and cleanup.

AI and Extensibility

The HubSpot platform is continually expanding its capabilities with the use of AI and extensibility. These advancements aim to help businesses make data-driven decisions and automate repetitive tasks.

AI-Powered Tools

HubSpot's use of AI enables smarter lead scoring, predictive customer behavior, and automated processes. With machine learning algorithms, the system can analyze large amounts of data to identify patterns and make predictions about future actions.

This feature enables businesses to create more personalized marketing campaigns based on their customers' behaviors and interests. It also helps streamline workflows by automating routine tasks, freeing up time for teams to focus on more complex projects.

Additionally, HubSpot's AI-powered tools can assist with content creation by suggesting topics
HubSpot continues to build out its Breeze AI capabilities, focusing on making AI more user-friendly and secure.

Custom Objects in Knowledge Vaults

Custom objects can now power Knowledge Vaults for Breeze Agents. This means AI agents can now "learn" from your unique business data, such as proprietary product catalogs or shipping logs, to provide more accurate answers to customer queries.

Streamlined AI Authentication, MCP Server

The HubSpot MCP Server introduces streamlined, least-privilege authentication for AI connectors. This technical update ensures that as you connect more AI tools to your portal, you maintain strict security standards, giving AI agents access only to what they need and nothing more.

The latest updates show a clear commitment to refining the user experience. By removing small frictions in your workday, like switching tabs to call or manually updating workflow users, HubSpot is giving time back to your teams.
