Arive + HubSpot Integration

Arive is a loan origination system (LOS) for mortgage brokers and lenders. Our integration connects loan applications, borrowers and loan status with HubSpot, so loan officers follow every file in the CRM and marketing can act on closed-loan data.

Method
: Zapier (no-code) using its Arive and HubSpot apps, with Arive as the source of truth; for two-way sync, historical loans or custom loan objects we build on Karana (iPaaS).
Built: new loan application → HubSpot deal (read-only); borrower and co-borrower → Contacts with custom deal associations (created if new); loan status changes → deal stage mirroring Arive; custom properties and UAT by UTS.

In plain terms: Arive is where mortgage files are processed. We've connected it to HubSpot so every new loan application becomes a deal with its borrowers attached and its stage follows the loan status in Arive. For teams that need two-way sync, past loans or a dedicated loan object, we build the integration on Karana, our iPaaS.

Closed-loan data in HubSpot lets marketing reach past borrowers when rates fall, with refinance follow-up from the CRM.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does the Arive HubSpot integration work?

Arive is a mortgage loan origination system (LOS). When a loan application is created in Arive, the integration creates a matching deal in HubSpot, named by the property address and owned by the right loan officer, and keeps its stage in step as the loan status changes. It can run on Zapier for a no-code setup or on Karana, our iPaaS, for a custom build.

  • What data can I sync between Arive and HubSpot?

Loan applications → Deals (with loan terms and property details), loan status → deal stage, borrowers and co-borrowers → associated Contacts, and the loan officer and processing team → deal owner and associations. The sync runs one way, with Arive as the source of truth.

  • How are borrowers and co-borrowers handled?

Borrowers are matched to existing HubSpot contacts by email and created if they don't exist yet. Each borrower is associated with the loan deal, and a co-borrower is linked to the primary borrower with its own association label, so the full household sits around one loan.

  • Why is the loan data read-only in HubSpot?

Arive stays the system of record for the loan file, so changes are made there and flow into HubSpot. That keeps a single version of loan terms and status, while loan officers and leadership use HubSpot for pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting and follow-up campaigns.

  • Can the integration be customized to our Arive setup?

Yes. Which loan fields sync, how loan statuses map to pipeline stages, and how the loan team is assigned are scoped to your process. For two-way sync, historical loans or a dedicated loan object, we build the integration on Karana instead of a no-code setup.
