Agreement to Terms & Billing Authorization

By signing up for this product and providing your billing information, you agree to the following Subscription Terms & Billing Authorization:

1. Authorization for Recurring Charges

You authorize Unlimited Tech Solutions, LLC to charge the payment method you provide at sign-up on a recurring monthly basis for your subscription fees, plus any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges, until your subscription is canceled in accordance with these terms.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless canceled as described below.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Payment Method & Processing Fees

Charges will be processed using the billing information you provide at the time of enrollment.

If you elect to pay by credit card, you acknowledge and agree that a credit card processing or service fee may be applied to your monthly charge.

You authorize us to charge the full subscription amount, including any applicable credit card fees and taxes, to your selected payment method.

3. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise fails:

• We may attempt to process the payment again.
• We may suspend or restrict access to the product or services until payment is successfully completed.
• You remain responsible for all outstanding amounts.
  

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: billing@unlimitedtechsolutions.com

If proper notice is not received at least 30 days prior to your next billing date, your subscription will renew for the next monthly billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed, except where required by law.

6. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. You will receive prior notice of any pricing changes. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

7. Agreement to Terms

By completing your sign-up and submitting your billing information, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and agree to these Subscription Terms & Billing Authorization.
• You understand your subscription renews each month automatically.
• You authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method unless you cancel in accordance with the 30-day notice requirement.
• You agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
