Our Experience
Method: custom build on Karana (our middleware) via API — no brittle plug-ins; field-level control with audit logs.
Built: Customer↔Company sync; Orders → Deals; Inventory/stock and Service Tickets → Custom Objects; field-level custom mapping tuned to the sales process.
In plain terms: We connect Epicor (including Prophet 21) to HubSpot on our own middleware — no fragile plug-ins — so customers, orders, stock data and service tickets appear in HubSpot. Sales and service teams get ERP information inside the CRM, mapped field-by-field to how your business actually works.
