Flex Rental Solutions is rental/inventory management for live events and AV. Our integration connects contacts, companies, rental quotes and rental status with HubSpot, so marketing and sales act on real order and customer data.Our Experience
Method: bi-directional build on Karana (iPaaS); scheduled polling for status since Flex has no outbound webhooks.
Built: two-way Contacts and Companies (multi-location → child companies); HubSpot Deal → Flex Rental Quote (Rental Code written back); rental status polled back; Flex contract hyperlink on the deal.
In plain terms: Flex is rental software for live events and AV. We build a two-way link on our middleware: contacts and companies stay in sync, a HubSpot deal creates a rental quote in Flex (and the Flex code comes back onto the deal), and because Flex can't push updates on its own, we poll it on a schedule so rental status stays current in HubSpot.
