Zuper + HubSpot Integration

Zuper is a field-service management platform. Our integration connects customers, jobs, project products and zupers with HubSpot, linking sold work in the CRM to jobs in the field.

Our Experience

Method:
official Zuper Field Service App for HubSpot + Zuper Workflow Builder (native, no third-party middleware).
Built: deals at a set stage create Zuper Jobs (single-day) or Projects with daily sub-jobs (multi-day); HubSpot line items → Zuper project products (parts/services); service tasks/checklists attached; job-completion consumption posted back (planned vs actual).

In plain terms: We connect HubSpot to Zuper (field-service software) using Zuper's official HubSpot app. When a deal reaches the right stage, it automatically creates the field job — or, for multi-day work, a project with a job for each day — and the products on the deal become the parts and services the crew needs. When the job's done, what was actually used flows back so the office can see plan-versus-actual.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does the Zuper HubSpot integration work?

Zuper is a field-service management (FSM) platform. We connect it via the official Zuper Field Service App for HubSpot and Zuper's Workflow Builder — deals at a set stage create Zuper Jobs (single-day) or Projects with daily sub-jobs (multi-day).

  • What data can I sync between Zuper and HubSpot?

Deals → Zuper Jobs/Projects, HubSpot line items → Zuper project products (parts/services), plus customer records and job status/consumption back to HubSpot.

  • Can the integration be customized to our Zuper setup?

Yes. Single- vs multi-day routing, job categories, service-task templates and product matching are all scoped to your operation.
